Refund Policy

Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened oils, blends and ritual kits cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, send photos to info@berrysessentialz.com or on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Special Works and consultations

Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

Outcomes

Refunds are not issued on the basis of outcomes. Our products and services are for cultural and spiritual intention-setting; results vary and are never guaranteed.
